Service Description

At Mindful Movement, Dr. Emily believes all bodies deserve to move with ease, feel strong, be present, and do what they love. A private yoga therapy session is great for someone who wants to take an active approach in their wellness journey. Your session with Dr. Emily may include therapeutic movement through yoga postures, use of the Yoga Wall, targeted strengthening, soft tissue work through manual therapy, education, and empowerment. Dr. Emily will provide you with a personalized home program focused on yoga practices including mindfulness, meditation, postures, and breath work to create your "self-care toolbox." Dr. Emily helps you build a program that is sustainable and in line with your personal goals. If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Dr. Emily specializes in adapting yoga to your unique needs and goals. She has worked with countless people with a variety of conditions--from chronic low back pain to spinal cord injury. All of them can practice yoga, and ultimately feel stronger, more in tune with their bodies, and more resilient. **This service is offered in-person and virtually. Dr. Emily can meet you in your home or gym with an additional fee for travel.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Emily at least 24 hours in advance. If notice is not given, she is still committed to working for you during the hour and you will be billed for the session fee.
